I made this chartreuse lime and black top hat in my millinery studio in the Hollywood Hills. It's soft and comfy unlike stiff factory made hats. I dyed the straw this fabulous color to make this stunning hat. One-of-a-kind.

Fits head measurement 22.5"-23".
Measure 1/4" above your ears and around where a hat would rest to be sure it will fit you as hats are not returnable.

My hats have been featured in British Vogue, Brides and Victoria magazines and been worn at the royal weddings, Ascot and Kentucky Derby.

My prices are wholesale to the public as fine shops purchase them and double the price to their customers. This is not a rain hat and should not be worn in the rain.
