This charming hat is right for everything, a wedding, reception, Kentucky Derby or tea party.
I dyed the straw a soft neutral shade that goes with almost everything. Then I fringed the edge of the brim and added wispy ivory faux feathers. Whimsical and elegant, One-of-a-kind.
Fits head measurement 22". Please measure 1/4" above your ears and around where a hat would rest snugly to be sure it will fit you, as hats are not returnable.
