Fits all with a millinery elastic that goes under your hair at the nape of the neck in back. Hats are not returnable.
My hats have been featured in British Vogue, Brides Magazine, Victoria Magazine, and been worn at the Royal Weddings, Royal Ascot, Kentucky Derby, Buckingham Palace Garden Party, Melbourne Cup, and commissioned by Disney Studios.
