Top British milliners set the newest style and colors for millinery and fashion. Pale blue, duck egg blue and robins egg blue are the most popular of the new pastels. I created this pale blue top hat which can be worn with tailored or formal attire. I've shown a photo of the edge of the brim where the straw is a little more open weave, although I doubt that anyone would notice without close inspection. I have reduced the price from $185 to $165 because of this.

Fits head measurement 22". Measure 1/4" above your ears and around where a hat would rest to be sure it will fit you, as hats are not returnable.

My hats have been featured in British Vogue, Brides and Victoria magazines, commissioned by Disney and other studios, and been worn at the Royal Weddings, Royal Ascot, Buckingham Palace Garden Party, Kentucky Derby and Melbourne Cup.

This is not a rain hat and should not be exposed to rain.
