Top British milliners set the newest style and colors for millinery and fashion. Pale blue, duck egg blue and robins egg blue are the most popular of the new pastels. I created this pale blue top hat which can be worn with tailored or formal attire. I've shown a photo of the edge of the brim where the straw is a little more open weave, although I doubt that anyone would notice without close inspection. I have reduced the price because of this.

Fits head measurement 22". Measure 1/4" above your ears and around where a hat would rest to be sure it will fit you, as hats are not returnable.
