Boater hats are all the rage this season and I made this romantic one with dogwood flowers in pastel pinks in my millinery studio in the Hollywood Hills. One-of-a-kind. Perfect for The Oaks, a tea party, garden party or a wedding. Fits all with an elastic band that goes behind the head under the hair at the nape of the neck. Hats are not returnable.

However, it’s been taking up to 14 plus days for packages to arrive, not
the 2-4 days usps states. So I suggest you pay $15 for priority 2-3 day
delivery so you won’t be disappointed.

This is not a rain hat.
