I used the highest grade of parisisal (the queen of straws), which took a master weaver 7 days to weave one piece by hand. Then it took me several days to dye, dry, steam, block, size, shape and trim. The color is a shade of steely blue, navy. I used an antique English hat block from the 1920s 1930s. The grosgrain sash and bow are navy blue.Perfect for the Kentucky Derby, a wedding or any special event. One-of-a-Kind. Made in my millinery studio in the Hollywood Hills.
Fits head measurement 22". Measure 1/4" above your ears and around where a hat would rest snugly to be sure it will fit you as hats are not returnable.

My hats have been featured in British Vogue, Brides and Victoria magazines and been worn at the Royal Weddings, Ascot, Buckingham Palace Garden Party, Kentucky Derby & Melbourne Cup.

My prices are wholesale to the public as fine shops purchase them and double the price to their customers. This is not a rain hat.
