This very stylish wool felt fascinator percher hat will look chic at a wedding, cocktail party or any special event. This is a favorite style with Princess Kate. Top British milliners charge $600-$1500 for similar designs. Comes in navy and black.
Fits all with a millinery elastic band worn under the hair in back at the nape of the neck. Tilt the hat forward and to one side like in the photo. Fits all.
Hats are not returnable.
My hats have been commissioned by Disney Studios, featured in British Vogue, Brides and Victoria magazines and been worn at the Royal Weddings, Buckingham Palace Garden Party, Royal Ascot, Kentucky Derby and Melbourne Cup.
