Boater hats are all the rage this season and I've stretched the bounds of creativity to make this mad hatter fringed boater hat, therefore combining my two personal favorite styles.
One-of-a-kind red chapeau handmade in my millinery studio in the Hollywood Hills.
The Kentucky Derby, Royal Ascot or garden party, this hat will enhance a tailored or dressy outfit.

Fits head measurement 22" - 22.5". Measure 1/4" above your ears and around where a hat would rest snugly to be sure it will fit you, as hats are not returnable.

My hats have been featured in Vogue, Brides, Victoria and Weddings magazines and been worn at the Royal Weddings, Ascot, Buckingham Palace Garden Party, Kentucky Derby and Melbourne Cup. Disney studios commission me to make nine hats.

This is not a rain hat and should not be worn in the rain.
