I made this one-of-a-kind light blue hat in my millinery studio in the Hollywood Hills. Shades of pale blue are the in colors this season. This whimsical boater hat has a fringed brim and fringe sash trim.
It's formal but playful and is perfect for a wedding, the Kentucky Derby, Royal Ascot or any special event. It also pairs well with a Chanel suit or Jacket.

Medium. Fits 22" head measurement. Measure 1/4" above your ears and around where a hat would rest snugly to be sure it will fit you as hats are not returnable.
