THE KENTUCKY DERBY IS STILL ON IN SEPTEMBER 2020.
It will still be warm in the south, so please purchase your derby
hats now, as it will help to keep small businesses like myself
afloat in these financially stressful times. Thank you so much.
And now is the time to get the best selection of my
one-of-a-kind hats, as when they’re gone they’re gone.
Good health to you all.
This beautiful cream parisisal (the queen of straws) was used to make this lovely wide brim hat. It's a wonderful neutral that goes with almost everything.
I used hand woven parisisal straw that takes a master weaver 10 days to weave by hand. Then it takes me 3 days to dye, dry, steam, block, shape, size and trim a hat.
Measure 1/4” above your ears and around where a hat would rest snugly and I'll custom make this hat to fit you. Custom made hats are not returnable.
My hats have been featured in Vogue, Brides and Victoria magazines, Weddings Magazine, Hatlines, VoyageLA and been worn at the Royal Weddings, Ascot, Buckingham Palace Garden Party, Kentucky Derby & Melbourne Cup. I was recently commissioned by Disney Studios to make nine hats for the Oscars.
USPS, UPS & FedX have raised their shipping fees for large boxes with wide brim hats. I'm very sorry but there's nothing I can do about this. However, my prices are wholesale to the public, as fine shops purchase my hats and double the price to their customers. So this will help to off-set the new higher shipping fees.
This is not a rain hat and should not be exposed to rain.
Some countries may charge a customs duty, which I have no control over.
This may delay delivery by several days.
5-7 business days
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
