I made this elegant navy blue top hat in my millinery studio in the Hollywood Hills. I used a fabulous parasisal straw which is the finest handmade straw there is and takes a master weaver 7 days to hand weave just one piece. Then it tool me 3 days to steam, block, shape, size and trim. One-of-a-kind

Size medium 22" head measurement.
Measure 1/4" above your ears and around where a hat would rest snugly to be sure this hat will fit you, as hats are not returnable.

My hats have appeared in British Vogue, Brides and Victoria magazines and been worn at the Royal Weddings, Ascot, Buckingham Palace Garden Party, Kentucky Derby and Melbourne Cup.

My hats are wholesale to the public as fine shops purchase them and double the price to their customers.
