Boater hats are the 'in' hats at the moment at Royal Ascot, weddings and other special events. This jaunty black and white boater with black stripe detail can be worn at casual and formal.occasions. It takes me 3 days to dye, dry, steam, block, shape, size and trim each hat. This chapeau is one-of-a-kind.
Made in my millinery studio in the Hollywood Hills.
Fits all with a millinery elastic band that goes in back under the hair at the nape of the neck.
Hats are not returnable.
